Residential Sales Agents:
We are always looking for highly motivated real estate sales agents that want to work in an entrepreneurial, dynamic and fast-paced environment. Currently we are seeking coverage in any or all of the following areas: southern New Hampshire, coastal New Hampshire, central Massachusetts, or eastern Massachusetts.
There is no limit to how much you can earn. Compensation is based on commissions only, so you will not be held back by subjective evaluations and set annual increases. You have complete control over your earning potential - the more you produce, the more you earn. The sky is the limit.
Requirements:
Some experience preferred. Candidates must be self-starters and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, some computer proficiency, transportation, and an entrepreneurial mindset! Must also have valid New Hampshire or Massachusetts sales license.
Since we are an independent company, there are No Desk Fees, No Mangement fees, and No Franchise Fees. Agents that work for us will receive the following:
